WCR Apprentice Recruitment 2024: West Central Railway, Jabalpur has invited applications for recruitment to more than three thousand apprentice posts. Online registrations have started from 5th August and the last date to apply is 4th September 2024. Know detailed details related to vacancy.
Vacancy Details-
To appear in this recruitment examination, candidates can apply only online. A total of 3317 posts will be recruited through this recruitment process. Out of which total 1262 posts are for JBP Division, 824 posts are for BPL Division, 832 posts are for Quota Division, 175 posts are for CRWS BPL Division, 196 posts are for WRS Quota Division, 28 posts are for HQ/JBP Division.
What is the eligibility to apply:
To be a part of this recruitment process, the candidate must have passed 10th examination with at least 50 percent marks. 12th pass candidates will also be eligible for some posts. For more information you can visit the official website wcr.indianrailways.gov.in.
Age Limit-
Candidates between 15 to 24 years can apply for these recruitments. Five years relaxation in age limit will be given to reserved category. Five years relaxation in age limit is for SC and ST categories. Whereas those belonging to OBC category will get a relaxation of 3 years.
Application Fee
To be a part of this recruitment examination, general category candidates will have to pay Rs 141 as fee. Whereas SC, ST, PH category and women candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 41.
How will the candidates be selected?
Candidates will be selected on the basis of merit list. Which means that candidates will not have to give any kind of examination for selection. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in 10th, 12th and diploma in related trade.
